Darren Jameson
President
Darren is a Detective Sergeant in the NSW Police Force and came to the chamber via his roles within the Terrigal Surf Life Saving Club and community. Darren has a long track record of representing the community in senior management roles within the community including President of the Terrigal Surf Life Saving Club, Director and Executive Board member of Surf Life Saving NSW, Rescue Services Manager for Surf Life Saving Central Coast. In 2000, Darren was named the NSW and Australian Lifesaver of the Year. Also in 2000, Darren was given the opportunity to run the Paralympics' Torch through the Terrigal township.
Trevor Drake
Vice President
Trevor is a Terrigal/Wamberal resident and a Central Coast solicitor. Trevor was also elected as a Gosford City Councillor in 2004. In 2007 he was elected by his fellow councillor as Deputy Mayor of Gosford City Council. He has a long record of serving the community.
David Bark
Secretary
David is the General Manager of the Crowne Plaza Terrigal and holds significant experience in the hotel and tourism industries. He has been at the forefront in establishing Crowne Plaza Terrigal, and the Terrigal area as a premier tourist destination.
Cameron Speedie
Treasurer
Cameron is the Finance Director of Crowne Plaza Terrigal and immediate took on the role of Treasurer. He has significant business experience in the finance and hotel industries, with a passion on tourism improvement.
Ian Medlicott
Executive Member - Community
Ian has significant business experience within the Terrigal area, having run successful businesses over a number of years. He is also a previous president of the Terrigal Chamber of Commerce. Ian currently works for Gittoe's Real Estate in East Gosford. In his role in the chamber, Ian is responsible for the production of the Chambers quarterly community newsletter.
Bob Lloyd
Executive Member - Policing and Safety
Bob is the General Manager of the Star of the Sea Apartments and has been a long term resident and businessman on the Central Coast. Bob, in his previous life, was a teacher at the Central Coast Grammar School.
Tim Eaton
Executive Member - Events and Marketing
Tim has been involved in the business community, in and around Terrigal for a long period of time. As a local real estate agent, he is very familiar with the potential of the area for business. Tim has been a strong advocate for the improvement of tourism opportunities in and around Terrigal and has significant knowledge and skills in events and marketing.
Cl. Chris Burke
Executive Member
Chris owns and operates Brisbane Water Bitumen, and was previously a local real estate agent. Chris has a long attachment the community of Terrigal and was an active patrolling member for the Wamberal Surf Life Saving Club. In 2008, Chris was elected to Gosford City Council as a councillor and is Chairman of the Council's traffic committee.
Alison Heathcote
Non-executive Member - Tidy Town Coordinator
Alison has recently been appointed as a non-executive member of the chamber in the position as the Chambers' Tidy Town Coordinator. Alison is the founder of Waste Warriors Worldwide and has been a key campaigner for the 'bin your butts' program in Terrigal. Alison's work on the ground has ensured that Terrigal is a pleasant and litter free area to visit.
